Founder & Managing Partner Profile

Curt Fuller is the founder and Managing Partner of Fuller Recruitment, a recruitment solutions provider within the engineering, sales & marketing, manufacturing and consulting industries.

He has more than 20 years of practical business experience including responsibilities for hiring, managing and training people. His background includes positions as a General Manager, Hiring Manager, Human Resources Manager, Marketing Director and as an Operations Manager. The industries served included manufacturing and A&E firms. He has also served as a Mechanical Engineer in automotive, plastics and paint.

This "people" knowledge and expertise is now being transferred to his clients to assist their growth and development. With Fuller Recruitment, you will be dealing directly with proven professionals and not a junior recruiter or Internet Researcher.

Curt has a B.S.M.E and an M.B.A from the University of Iowa. He is also involved in many local organizations including Boy Scouts of America where he serves as an Assistant Scoutmaster.
